Cleaning UGG Boots
If your UGG boots happen to get dirty at any point, do NOT wash them using a washing machine. Instead, hand-wash your UGG boots in cold water (hot water can damage them) and air-dry them away from any heat sources (do not put them in a dryer). Dryers, heat sources and direct sunlight could potentially damage them. Stuff your boots with paper towels before air-drying them so as to keep their shape when they dry.
There are also products available that are made specifically for cleaning sheepskin, and also for protecting and conditioning UGG boots and shoes. Don’t use any products that haven’t been approved by UGG® Australia, as other products could damage your UGG boots.
If you purchase an UGG “Fluff” item (such as the UGG Fluffie sandal), gently brush your UGG shoes with a wire brush daily. If they get dirty, clean with a soft cloth and cold water, and let air-dry. After they dry, brush them out again using a wire brush to keep their fluffiness.
